To give you a little of my background, I am a 40 something (thats as close as i’m telling) research junkie and fitness buff (sort of). I’m a mother of two and work a full time job. So yes, I am just as busy as all of you! You get to benefit from my addictions; research, health, and fitness! That was why I created LowFatChickenRecipes.org
I don’t have time to spend hours in the kitchen or the gym! Heck, I don’t even own a gym membership! I wanted to create a site that someone could find a low fat chicken recipe and learn some really cool tricks for a healthier lifestyle. Lets face it, exercise is great for you, but who has the time for hour long workouts and grueling sessions? Not me. I turn my every day activities into my workouts. You’ll see what I mean once you get to know me better. I’ve learned to take short cuts whenever possible. Little changes really make big differences over time!
